It should be a closer game than when they played a few weeks ago but still fancy City to win this.
It’s a cup final so Hazard will show up and be brilliant but City have too much firepower. 
They have scored close to 50 goals in 2019 so far.

Win and it’s their 4th league cup in 6 seasons and brings their total to 6 overall. Only Liverpool have won more (8).

That's some record from Man City fair play to them for taking the League Cup seriously unlike some of the other clubs in the EPL.

City are also playing a 2nd string team - but theirs contains players like Jesus, Sane, Otamendi, Mahez, Gundogan etc
