Hotel Orchidee in Montparnasse. We had our Captain Ireland arrange this as he lived in Paris for a few years.
Looking forward to being in Paris again. Always liked it. Though not that one night in '09 of course! |

Stayed in Montparnasse for the euros, nice area but expect to pay €10 and upwards for a pint if drinking around there |

Ah, Jaysus, don't be telling me that! In Hotel Orchidee myself. Looked an interesting area when I passed through it during Euros, that's why I chose it. Maybe they were only sticking the arm in cos of the tournament

Stayed in that district last time and went into a tapas restaurant/bar without asking prices, turned out it was happy hour and pints were €3, tapas were €1-3 just |

Hi all.
Just a quick query - I'll be in Paris luckily enough at the same time as the French friendly in May. I'm just wondering re the best way to get tickets for it. Is it ok to buy them from the official French website - will tickets be posted out to an Irish address without any queries? Was there before (the night of Henrygate), but that was via Abbey Travel.
Any info/suggestions greatly appreciated... |
