Didn't really want to start a new topic on this but looking for any tips or advice anyone would have.

Have a match next week but an overnight is out of the question. It's never ideal to have an early start followed by 4 hours on a bus on horsesh*t roads.

Any tricks or tips anyone have to negate the effects of the long journey where possible? Physical and mental!

Cheers!
They finally did it man... They killed my f**kin' car...

Take a couple of breaks to do a small jog and stretcth. Maybe have a tea break or small kickabout for 5 mins.

Bag o'cans? Presume the OP is referring to an adult team - or at least I hope he is!
