I'm far from an expert.
But because of that tweet he can try claim extradition back to Uzbekistan on the basis he won't get a fair trial on violation of the Human Rights Act. It's unlikely but it shouldn't of even gotten to that stage.

No I'm far from a legal expert.
I'd imagine if he gets a "fair trial" he'll be easily found guilty? One of these days there is going to be an ISIS terrorist attack and you're actually going to condemn the actions of the culprits! |

Can you not see the obvious legal implications of it ? He's entitled to a presumption of innocence and due process under the legal system. Most Defence attorneys will argue he can't now get a fair trial. Edited by Denis Irwin - 02 Nov 2017 at 12:45pm |

Too many to mention them all. His latest one is real f**king doozy. He's literally handed your man who carried out Tuesdays attack a potential get out of jail free card

He has no shame, has no brains and loves Twitter. So just curious, what for you is the most outrageous, dumbest thing he has done. I'd be surprised if more than two people had the same one.
