One way or another, he needs minutes over the next 4 weeks, if he wants to make the squad for November.

I don't think there's any danger he misses out regardless how how many minutes he gets (though of he hopefully gets a good run). We're not stacked in that department. His main competition is Hendrick & he isn't playing much either.

He wasn't included last time because he was suspended (same as Browne).

Yeah a lack of minutes at club level isn't an issue for lads making squads. Hendrick, Idah, and Omobamidele will all probably start for us and could pick up between 0-10 minutes between now and Portugal. Only for the Europa Conference Matt Doherty would have 7 mins for Spurs and that came in the opening league game.

Trudat, but in fairness, I think Molumby has only played about half an hour in the entire season thus far.

Watching for 20 mins now and I don't think he has touched the ball, admittedly wba are 1 up, but very quiet!

Watching the game too and WBA have been poor for their lead, really sloppy in possession, poor passing and a real lack of quality.

Molumby got a little more evolved when closing down swansea players with the ball but the whole WBA team have used the ball very poorly.

Typical molumby challenge on stroke of ht and he picks up a silly yellow, which could have been worse.

Yeah, it was a little reckless from him but a yellow card was fair.

Just looking at possession stats for the half (I know you love a few stats John) they had 29%... so spent most of the game chasing the ball so hard for molumby to shine.

Aye, fair enough, they are 1 up and it's his 1st start of the season, so I should cut him some slack, but I really can't see a lot in his game asides from often poorly directed enthusiasm!

Hooked on 78, understandably tired, but didn't have a good game!

Molumby comes off after 78mins. Whole WBA team were pretty poor so the positive is that Molumby got 78 mins.

Watched the Bournemouth game yesterday and I'd have kilkenny ahead of him in the ireland team at the moment.

Going off what wba fans on twitter are saying he seemed to have had an OK game and looks nailed on to play at the weekend with livermore suspended.

Molumby - 6
Robinson - 4

5s for both for me, poor to average!

Plays the weekend with Livermore suspended According to the WBA faithful. Gets another opportunity. Pity it didn't fire much for him although going by reports the team ittaelf was terrible.

Yep, missed mowatt badly. No creativity on the pitch, lots of sweat, very little quality! Think they'll struggle to go up!

Mowatt is Ismaels key man no doubt. Aside from Mowatt O'Shea you could argue is next in the list you can already see by result's since he got injured they are worse off without him.

If Molumby is getting in that side it's for Livermore. WBA fans are mixed on Livermore. Molumby is tailor made for Ismael so I do hope he can have a good game now Saturday. They may struggle to go up indeed they will comfortably finish in the play offs though. Lack of quality outside the top 3 is fairly damning.
