A great round of games for Jayson. He has secured the position in central midfield now imo.

Thought he was completely anonymous in the Finland game.

I guess he stays at Brighton at least till January now that the window has closed. Still hasn't made his premier league debut. Hope that he gets a chance soon

Doesn't make the bench today, can't understand why he didn't go out on loan. Pretty sure millwall would like him back and could build a good understanding with parrott.

Hasn't made match day squad again. Is he carrying an injury?

I believe he's fully fit... should have gone on loan again, will need to wait till January now.

Connolly on the bench, It'll be a kick in the teeth if Welbeck come on ahead of him should subs be made later.

Won't lie, I don't really know the standard of the Brighton bench, but if he can't even make it, you'd have to say Potter doesn't fancy him.

Needs to go on loan, can't get on the Brighton bench even when they've had injuries.

Pretty sure he'll go in January but a wasted 4 months of football really.

You'd have to assume certain promises were made about first team opportunities. Why else would he stay? Not even get squad opportunity now.

Well if this is how he performs in training then it’s no wonder he’s not in the first team. Incredibly lazy, doesn’t look bothered to do anything. Sloppy on the ball and the most half assed defending you’ll ever see. Just walks around doing nothing. Leaves acres of space in midfield and let’s United players dribble past him with ease and then just turns around and walks away.

For a player that got so much game time with Millwall in the championship last season he looks almost disinterested and a bit disillusioned to be playing in this game. United 23s 3-0 up at half time

The opposite of how he plays, would actually say he does too much running and chasing in a game, so there's something going on.

Well he did say if he wasn't going to be in Brighton's senior squad this season he wanted to go back to Millwall on loan as U23s football was a waste of time more or less, especially since he missed so much time because of injuries. Maybe he's annoyed that he wasn't allowed out on loan when Potter hasn't got much plans for him in the first team.

Just watched him play for Brighton v Man Utd in the premier League 2 fixture on MUTV. Its a level well below the championship and it must be having an affect mentally on the lad. He did well today without ever getting out of second gear.
time is the stuff that life is made of, don't waste it.

He did nowhere near well. He was miles off the pace the entire match and a key reason why they’ve conceded 5 goals. It was a dreadful performance. And he didn’t get out of first gear, let alone second. He walked around just watching the majority of the time.

If this is his attitude to just down tools and not bother doing anything because he doesn’t get in the first team like he wants then I can’t see a great future for him. Displayed a shocking attitude today in a terrible performance. Was frankly pathetic.
