Oh okay. I just assumed they would attempt to reallocate those. That seems a little harsh, tbh. Why should those who were organised enough to apply in the earlier phase not get any, but jonny come lately does?

But as you say maybe that's the way it is.

Normally these tickets go into the FCFS phase which starts on March 13th.  

My understanding is that no further tickets will be allocated in this phase.  Those whose credit cards failed have been given their chance and if they don't take it then I believe the tickets go into the next phase.

Not necessarily.

Those who have been successful get a second chance to allow payment to go through or to send payment. If they are unsuccessful at that second time around, then presumably those tickets will have to be reallocated.

Now it is quite unlikely anyone without pending charges will be successful in that very limited reballot, but it could happen.

Unfortunately if there are no credit card charges and your application is still pending you have been unsuccessful in this phase.

Got the confirmation email yesterday so nearly all sorted.
All I need now is my fan ID and an internal flight (if you can call it that) from St Petersburg to Kaliningrad and its all wrapped up.

Got the 4 x Cat 3's for the Uruguay v Saudi game in Rostov as expected. The portal awaits!

Can at least apply for the fan ID now once the email confirmation arrives.

My pending charge just went to a confirmed charge this morning.  

If you ring your bank they can tell you if there were any charges declined for any reason.  Our banks are pretty good.  Chase in the U.S. seem to be a disaster rejecting loads.  If it is a pending credit card charge then it will almost certainly become a real one within a couple of days.  

Now your ticket account takes longer to update.  They check to see if they can take money from your card (pending charge).  They take the money (actual charge).  Once they are sure they have your money then they send you an email indicating what tickets you have and update your account status.  Normally the email arrives approx 5 days after a pending charge.

For what it is worth mine is still showing as pending even though payment is already gone. 

My understanding is that the application status is only updated when the emails go out.

The transaction appeared on my bank statement yesterday. The value was for $420 from FIFA World Cup.
