Actually didn’t even see Haaland’s name. Happy with my choice.

Doing alright for Southampton this evening.
Involved in the first goal and he's very quick and strong. He's a handful for the Norwich centre backs. Almost got a shot off on a break but just took a bit too much out of it. I'd expect him to get a fair amount of game time in the Nations League games.

Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

He would have had 2 assists if he made the right decision after getting the head up when through 2 on 1

Still only 19. He's only going to get better. Long international career ahead of him hopefully.

Obafemi worked hard in the game and didnt look out of his depth.
Idah, obafemi and smallbone are 3 irish young lads getting premier league game time. Very promising indeed |

If he can stay fit he can be the best of the young strikers we have coming through IMO

Had a pretty poor game in all honesty. Had 2 or 3 chances to get a good cross in and failed every time, one of them being when himself and Ings had a 2 on 1.

Looked fine to me. Decent hold up play and set up Redmond with a smart pass for his goal.

We're decent enough..

He looks like he belongs at this level. Always giving Norwich defenders something to think about. There'll be tougher games but he handled himself well yesterday. It would be a great boost to us if he could hold down a regular starting place in that side.

No thank you Turkish......I'm sweet enough

Southampton are a decent premier league side and obafemi is starting games for them. Watching the game I thought everyone looked a bit rusty and had a heavy touch.
If ireland squad was announced today I would say obafemi would need to be in it.

Arsenal in a bit of a dip so Southampton may fancy this. Come on Michael! Long and Smallbone on the bench.. |

Such nonsense .
Arsenal dominating possession so chances for the So'ton front men limited. He's had some good touches but he's not standing out as any worse than the others and his pace is threatening. Listening to random fans on Twitter is Not gonna be enlightening.

Should always play Long v Arsenal honestly. He’s not scoring goals but he’s kicking holes

I guess the manager and the Twitter lads were on the same page! I'll stand corrected. Hope we see Smallbone.
