Was just really looking at all the group fixtures for the first time yesterday. I can't remember seeing any world cup group fixtures with so many big country v small country matches. Italy,Netherlands, Chile, Ivory Coast, USA and Cameroon are a lot of traditional powers not to be there.Hopefully some of the matches will work out better than they look on paper. 64 teams also looks awful on paper.Like some others said I look forward to the world cup more than anything else in football.Could greed end up taking that special gloss off it?

greed already has, international football is dying slowly , far too big a tournament these days it should be 24 teams no more, the quality would be better.
