I never liked sacking him when there wasn't a good replacement, felt it was right to leave him till the end of the season. Different this week, in that if I thought we could get Potter or Rodgers now I'd proabbly make a move. Ideally, you have one of them (or Rafa) lined up to take over in June, and let Moyes see out the season

Sorry I missed this one Shedite! Yep, a Hammer too! But of water passed under the bridge since the Newcastle result, and yesterday was a great win. With the Conference League semi final too, I think Moyes is guaranteed to be there till the end of the season. But like you say, it might be best to see a change in the summer. Its been a rough season, and even with a lot of players arriving that should have represented an improvement, for the bulk of the season it has been regressive. I think if they win the conference league, he will be given a reprieve. Its hard to know whether a change earlier may have yielded a better outcome. Forest have stuck with their guy, and they are in serious difficulty. Palace went back to the drawing board, and that has probably saved their necks. Everton have brought in Dyche, and there has been no noticeable improvement. Wolves changed, and an initial bounce has given way to a return to the norm. On another note, I see Spurs are apparently considering the position of their interim.

Not quite the sack but looks like Julian Lopetegui will be leaving Wolves after they sold half the team and only brought in young doherty
