Some very good ties there. Juventus v Spurs and Real v PSG the most interesting.

Liverpool probably got hte easiest draw, Portugese clubs seem to have dropped off a bit this season. Basel beat United and Benfica so that looks better than Porto's results

Oi, question for you nerds:

How come Hampden Park hosted the 2002 Champions League Final with a capacity of 55,000.

I thought you have to have minimum 80,000?

It was in Gelsenkirchen in 2004. Well below 80K.

I could have sworn you need an 80,000 to get the final amongst other criteria.  Category 5 stadia or some sh*t like that

Cat 5 doesn't refer to capacity

When the draw was made you'd have given Chelsea a good chance of getting through, not now. How are Sevilla doing in La Liga now??

Maybe not "good", but a "decent outside" chance (at the time)?

La Liga is looking uncannily like the Prem just now:
One team running away with it (Barca and City);
Another team looking good for second (Atletico and MU);
Three teams scrambling for the two remaining CL spots (Valencia/RM/Villareal and L'pool/Chelsea/Spurs.

Meaning Sevilla in sixth place are like Arsenal i.e. struggling to stay with the chasing pack, except that their recent league form looks worse than the Gooners (L L W D L versus D L W L W). They even got humped 5-1 at "little Eibar" on Saturday (though their Copa Del Rey form is holding up well):
