The LA times obtained the police reports of the arresting officers, all injuries were self inflicted while resisting arrest according to the reports.

The good Doctor has hired one of the best lawyers in the US who's won over a billion in settlements in his profession as a lawyer.
Saw on Twitter alot of editors reckon the lawyer's gonna make mince meat out of United Airlines and make the good doctor millions.

America is getting odder. The legal reality is the airline were perfectly entitled to boot passengers off and they are breaking the law if they don't immediately leave.
Also its the slide into police state. The cop was called and unquestioningly battered am old man. It's a civil market and the state should not take sides. The line between the state and corporations has been eroded to the point they are interchangeable. |

Mind you, if this United CEO had some lackeys on here to defend him, like, oh, some other random, hypothetical CEO of a hypothetical organisation whose name escapes me, they might point out that he doesn't micromanage seat bookings nor physically remove passengers from seats himself like..... |

They started the bidding at 300 dollars and no takers. Upped to 800 and still no takers. They knew they needed to get 4 seats and now have lost millions.
Lufthansa are unhappy as they code share with United and will be affected by the backlash. CEO MUST BE HISTORY WITH HIS ONE email to the press and his other one to the staff. Even the police not doing well with their statement that he got injured falling |

Flew with delta before and they offered the younger brother and I 600 dollars in vouchers each plus a night in a hotel with food and drinks vouchers to fly the next day. Paid for flight to America and Argentina the next year and it only cost me the few Bob I gave my brother for the vouchers. |
