Could we squeeze in friendlies against Georgia and Denmark before the Wales play off, just to mix things up?

A point in Switzerland on Tuesday, then beat an already qualified Denmark at home. That's our best (only?) hope.

Wales full of average players bar one or two would pass us into oblivion again on current form. Watching a normal game of football and watching our games is two completely different things. Like a different sport.

Most likely playoff pairing at the moment looks like:

Yet another trip to Cardiff...

Would that be a confirmed line up (if these 4 teams fall into place) or would a draw take place. I.e., we could play the Bosnia in the semi final??

No draw. Based on finishing positons in Nations League.

Potential away wins against Wales and then Bosnia is a big ask on current form.

The final is a draw. Only the semis go on ranking.

If Wales were to get a winner tonight and beat Hungary then I think we could get the north at home in the semi and Bosnia would have a League C team.

The other team from that group (Slovakia or Slovenia forget who) would get in above us instead of the Welsh. So it would be away to them and then against Bosnia or NI (tbd on home or away).

If Wales qualify from that group with Croatia then the scenario posted above is the same, but we go away to Slovakia in the semi instead.

Don't think so, unless Slovakia were to also beat Croatia and it was Slovakia and Wales who progress. Because as it stands, one of Slovakia or Wales will need the playoffs as will Bosnia, which would mean ourselves and the north would be the two away teams in the playoff.

edit: if Wales don't win tonight then the only chance we have of getting a home playoff would be Finland to balls up completely and Bosnia pipping them to second place. Highly unlikely you would think.

We will qualify with an away win at a foggy Bosnia and then draw Georgia and Denmark at Euro2020

Think the Danes might let us win in the hope they get us in the finals.

Are these play off games just one match and not a home and away leg?

If Wales win their last two matches, and Slovakia lose to Croatia, Wales will qualify.

Really would love to avoid playing them away in a playoff.

Need to start practicing penalties as we’re bound to draw 1-1 away in the semi, and then the final.

Semi final (peno’s)
Wales ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️❌
Ireland ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

Final (peno’s)
Bosnia ⚽️⚽️⚽️❌⚽️❌
Ireland ❌⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

If Hungary qualify with Croatia that could leave Bosnia, Wales, Slovakia and ourselves in League B play off, yeah? Meaning Nordies could potentially be in League A route with Iceland and two League C teams?
