Three months, I think. Have a feeling his career will be blighted with injuries.

Shame as he could have moved to a bigger club over the winter window.

Hope he comes back strong and still gets a chance at moving to the PL in the summer / becoming fit for the first Euro qualifiers.

Being linked with a £7 million move to Bournemouth in a few of the papers. Doesn't seem wholly unlikely given the young players Howe's bought from the Championship before and given a chance like Joshua King and David Brooks.

Think McGoldrick would have started ahead of him due to his form and the McCarthy history.

i think they could both play in the same XI, front 3 of o'dowda-mcg-robinson would be nice

They definitely could but I don't think they would have in his first game. Robinson looks versatile alright.

Back in full training for the first time since November.

Preston have three games between now and our game against Gibraltar, not unlikely that Robinson will be named in our squad imo.

this is very good news, might come a bit soon for him. im sure he will be eased back. started to show real promise for us before he got injured.

Yep he has the makings of a player capable of playing at a higher level than the one he's playing at moment.

Also offers Mick another selection headache as if Matt Doherty is to play on the right wing, then who does he choose for the left wing out of Robinson, O'Dowda and Brady?

Surely between Robinson and O Dowda as Bradys form  is very poor

Do people just mention Brady cause he used to be half decent? And scored against Italy?

Like McClean, I see this being the the beginning of the end for both, with caps being few and far between, and doubt either of them will even get a call up under Kenny.
