Switching from Lager to stout only upsets the applecart. Stick to the on drink till the bitter end.Meal beforehand gives you a nice base to work from.
Zaytoon chicken Shish Kebabs have been known to have medicinal properties.

I'm off the drink, had 4 bottles of non-alcoholic beer yesterday and woke up hungover. Doesn't even make sense!

Those drinks are full of sh*te that make you hungover.
Have found that if I'm out on a session, if I switch to gin after 6 pints, I'm more or less guaranteed not to get a hangover. That being said, if I get a hangover these day (usually a result of mixing beers), it'll be a bad one.
