Only if the 482 players ahead of him in the pecking order get injuries too.

No issue with him holding out for England, but have the balls and the manners to talk MON's calls or ring him back.
It's not me it's you:-)

Asked somebody at the weekend who might have some insight into this situation what was going on and got a bit more of a frank answer than I was expecting. At the moment, he's definitely holding out for England.

He's going to have some wait.

I think he is getting badly advised. The person I was talking to seemed to indicate that he might be the type of person who could be influenced by others.

He doesn’t seem very bright, bless him
You asked if I'd be anyone from history, fact or fiction, dead or alive:
I said "I'd be Tony Cascarino, circa 1995"

Maybe he has watched some of our games over the past 10 years and thought that's just not for me LOL

Scores a cracker for Reading today.

Could MON not just try and settle whatever differences he has with this young lad and get him back involved?

Will he move on. Same as wes but i think wes was a better player. Interest has probably settled a bit on him. Like wes it would take a manager that was very keen on his type of play. Nowadays its all about big powerful athletes more and more. What bigger club would fit him i to their team right now.

Mick McCarthy still hasn't contacted Kelly, claims the Independent. Looks like he has a lot to offer, only turned 23 in November.

Slightly harsh, he hasn't even taken charge of his first game yet.

I wouldn't be overly worried about Kelly, he'll almost certainly end up with us.

Hasn't played a lot for Reading in recent times anyway, has failed to be in the match day panel at times even despite no word of an injury. He needed today and a good run like today's performance. Looked very accomplished at times today but you do wonder why a guy who can perform like that, is still at a club like that and not even getting in plenty.
