Not sure he ever got a fair crack of the whip. I've liked him in the few cameos.
Had a perfectly good winner disallowed against Portugal at home. Could have been the making of his Irish career.

I dont think he's good enough at international level. He's probably 6th or 7th choice for us. Never did it for me

12th goal of the season as Preston lead promotion rivals Coventry 3-0. With Hull playing West Brom later this weekend and a gap opening above Sunderland, this could be a defining weekend in their season. Will they finally get into the playoffs or will they come up just too short in the closing stretches again?

Having a very good season by all account, has scored his 10th and 11th goals of the season today. 11 in 22 is very good return.

He doesn't have a single EPL goal. I like Keane, but he's nothing like Ferguson.

As a young player at Man Utd, starring for England at underage levels, he wasn’t far off an equivalent to Ferguson now. Injuries almost destroyed his career but he bounced back over a long period of time and now he represents Ireland and is a top player in the Championship. Fair play to the man, he was written off many times and now he’s back.

You obviously do have something against him. He is doing what not many of our players are doing - delivering consistently in his position. You would prefer someone not delivering - but who maybe, just maybe, will deliver in three or four years time. That’s nonsense. The next two games are vital. Keane has earned the right to be selected. For him to be overlooked makes total sh*t of fair play.

Will would be playing for England had his career went differently.
He was a huge prospect as a teenager. Then be had horrendous luck with injuries. He's done well to carve out a decent career late on. Found a home at Wigan.

He out-performs everyone except Ferguson yet you’d have him overlooked. That’s nonsense and basically unfair. What have against him? His declaration?

I just dont think much of us can get excited by Will Keane. Rightly or wrongly. Doesn't help he only declared for us at 40!!! No way he gets into the team anyway when Evan is fit.
