Hargreaves isn't the worst 'colour commentator', he is a huge improvement on Steve 'Macca' Mcmanaman. I still think that one good commentator with a good list of stats and facts is more than enough.
Rio and 'ickle Mickey are a whole other problem though.

He is just bland and repetitive, you kind of forget he is there. He is no  Macca, Murphy, Andy Walker, Owen or Savage.
