I have a funny feeling he'll just be named in the squad. He is still an Irish international until stated otherwise.

Agreed. "I have now made myself available for selection" etc, etc

If he's staying the aim will be for minummi fuss.

BBC commentators on 5 live, were tonight of the view, that he'll be sticking with Ireland.

It looks at this point that he is either going to be called up for Gibraltar, or he is giving Mick the difficult job of not including him (sticking to his March deadline) and therefore making his decision to go to England that bit easier. It does look promising now

What date (roughly) will be squad announcement for Gib?

game is March 23rd, so I'd guess around the eighth

We have to put him besides Jimmy Mac. It could be Odowda or Brady out Wide and Mcclean or Arter.... an doherty or hendrick wide right...he always performs for Eire.

One good thing about him being in the squad for Gibraltar is that he wouldn't be the main story. There would be as much interest in Mick, the new formation and the starting XI.

I can see Declan Rice in a Liverpool jersey joining a big club would bring on his career no end, forget about Ireland and West ham.
