"Speaking after his full debut for Hull, Connolly (22) said he came back from his unsettled spell in Venice with a different approach. “That’s down to me and that’s stuff I’ve not been professional enough about. That mindset has completely flipped and if I can take anything positive from that Italy move, it’s that side of the game off the pitch,” 

He's need about 5/6 games to get fully match fit to see how he goes. At least he's playing.

Keeps his starting place for Hull today. Incidentally it's also his 23rd birthday.

I don't think anyone has egg on their faces. lad has scored one goal. I haven;t seen one person in here suggest Aaron isn't really talented 

Definitely, tbf to him though he's performed well all this season. He was lively in his limited time with Venezia pre injury and managerial change, he was really good for the U-21's, and he's started well at Hull. Delighted for him to finally get a goal, and on top of that his general play has been excellent so far today.

Lively in his limited time in Venezia  - f*ck me you talk some amount of utter scutter. Yeah his 0 goals, 0 assists and 2 starts, both of which ended in defeat were truly outstanding.
