Head and heart says cheeky 1-0. Goal from an unusual source, Keogh, whelan, oshea from a set piece. However I never get these things right

2-1

Long and a McGeady cracker to win it in the 90 minute after Sweden equalize in the 84th minute through a sloppy goalmouth scramble from Durmaz

2-1 to the Pixieheads.
Shane with two and then Lazybitch to break sweat in the last ten minutes and get one back.

We have only ever scored more than 1 goal in a match at any major tournament once(Saudi Arabia 3). Hope i am wrong, but cant see us improving on that stat in this group.

1v1  Sweden, Long
0-2 Belgium
1v0 Italy, Walters

1-1

We draw every game 1-1 until human life ceases to exist.

So to conclude. I believe this game will finish 1-1.

2-0 Ireland

1 from a set peace so one of the taller guys in the squad, Clark always has a habit of getting a connection from a corner. Shane Long from open play a long ball over the top and burning Granquist for pace.

Us scoring in the first half, through a set piece, and Sweden scoring sometime in the second.

It has 1-1 written all over it, us scoring 1st and the swedes equalising towards the last quarter of the game. Then a nervous and cagey last 20 with both teams happy with a draw.
Walters coming back from an offside position but Shane Long was definitely onside- Shane Lonnggggggg.... has done it!!!!

You'd expect a tight and tense affair, and hope for a 1-0 win.

However Ireland at a finals have never been involved in a bit of a helter skelter game. So maybe this will be it, and it will end 2-2.
