It's not fair to tar the entire Airdrie support over a few stupid kids.

Airdrieonians away in “tunnocks caramel wafer challenge cup”

Who needs UEFA competition when we have the Wafer Cup to play for.

It's on in the international week and a Cup week so if Mandy and Leahy are away with the 21st and we're still in the cup, we can cancel the game that weekend and try and get it on the Saturday...

Scotland have a qualifier against Russia on the Friday and against Belgium on the Monday so doubt they'll use either of those dates.

Its a hard one to see. I cant see Bohs cancel a potential cup game for a wafer cup date.

Is it possible theyd do the potential cup game on the friday and send a weekened squad to scotland for a sunday game. Did they do something similar last year for the peterhead game

If Leahy and Mandy are away on international duty and there's an opportunity to cancel, they will, no question. The management would sooner play a weakened team in the Wafer than the FAI Cup. The kids will be sent to Scotland, same as last year.

Yeah, but they have to be in it as it is a Scottish competition.

Great memories of a cracking euro tie against Utd  back in the 80s, we’d beaten rangers at home the year before and then the tangerine lot came and murdered us 5-2 in Dalymount. We did better away(2-2 I think) but they were the best side I’d seen  against us in Europe brilliant attacking team.

Their jerseys from that era were truly wonderful. BBC Alba did a great documentary on their journey to a European final. I am sure it is on YouTube and worth a look. Back to the days when all you needed was reasonable support, a good manager and come from a place that lived football to do something historic...

Got ripped off in the semi, Roma bought the ref to make sure they'd make the final on their home ground. Was delighted when Liverpool beat them.

Obviously..just saying its mad to see a team that once reached a sem final of the European Cup reduced to competing in the Uewafer Cup. Yeah was 2-2 in Tannadice..think we then got Aberdeen a year or two later?

Unbelievable second half, we were gonna hammer someone at some stage this season but never thought it’d be double figures.
Andre Wright was excellent

A surreal night. Agree about Wright, his hold up play was generally excellent, and he took his goals very well. Thought Mandriou was very poor in the first half, apart from his assist for the 2nd, and throughout the whole game he couldn't stay onside to save his life. The only pity is that it wasn't Conor Kearns who was conceding 10. Also, Ward made a huge difference when he came on.

Ironically enough, UCD's goal was probably the best of the night.

Yeah it was a very well taken goal, up there with Mandroius free kick for best individual goal. I don’t think it was the best goal tho, some of Bohs build up play was amazing in the second half, Ross Tierneys goal stood out for me

Delighted to see wright get 4 tonight, I had been saying he had everything in the locker we needed but wasn't stringing it together

Masdrou did what he does best, he's just class when he believes

And that's 7 gials covered.

In far was to long he has another season with lads wanting to prove themselves. Again Buckley was commited to a fault.

Roll on Monday. Bust 2 months ahead

Great to have Rob C back, makes a huge difference to our defence!
Big bohs crowd traveling tomorrow, would love to make a final. Superkeeper suspenaion kicks in for this one so a debut for Kelly in nets, best of luck to him. Means Talbots back for the cup clash with Longford and the scum derbyClap getting our mojo back just in time for the run in it seems,I’d say messers long and croly will be saving legs tomorrow, expect 10 or 11 changes from Friday.
