Totally missed that last night as was working. Will be watching that again.
Saw them at Glastonbury last year and they were great live.

Got a free ticket to see John Bishop last year and went with a friend. Thought he was decent from what I remember (few pints were had). Have been to much better though

Indeed. Gig should be good though.

Because, and this is obviously personal, but  watching John Bishop and Micky McIntyre would be my idea of hell. In fact, I genuinely can’t think of anything worse, and I include aids and cancer. At least there is the potential for humour in those...

So I'll just put you down for two tickets then?

Tuesday night Bodega (New York) playing a small club here

They're playing Whelans on Saturday 16th Feb. Looking forward to it.
New bands with energy and quality are rare enough.

Listened to a few of their songs, they're very good, Pixies-esque!

Tempted to go to that gig...

Saw them last night - start of their tour. Well worth going to see them (at 15€).
Surprisingly not sold out.
I would add some B52s and a spot of Spiritualized to the mix. Played for 70+ mins
No support here though I see DC Fontaines are set for support during one of their French dates
Vinyl was 20€ and CDs 10€

Nice one, picked up a ticket this morn, support in Dublin is from Gong Gong Gong, a Chinese duo, just looked them up there, the music is decent but they sing in Chinese.

Fair play. I'd never heard of these lads. I only listened to 3 or 4 songs but I liked what I heard.
