Two bottom seeds and a 3rd seed. Couldnt have had a much easier draw.

Need to get out of this as soon as possible as the depth in women's football isn't great.

Not sure exactly how it works with the 2025 Euros - i think it impacts on seedings so at best we will be 17th.

Reading up on the qualifiers for the next Euros and they've made big changes to the process.

The usual group qualifiers are done away with and teams will play another Nations League with the top 8 teams in League A automatically qualifying.

There's two rounds of play offs to decide the rest of the teams that qualify.

The teams finishing third and fourth in League A will play the winners and three best-ranked runners-up in League C. The eight winners progress to the second round.

The four group winners and two best-ranked runners-up in League B will be drawn into six ties against the remaining two runners-up and four third-placed teams in League B. The six winners progress to the second round.

In the second round, the teams will be drawn into seven ties, with the seven winners progressing to the final tournament.

Will be a nice moment for Northern Ireland captain Marissa Callaghan, who is a big Ireland fan.

Surprising that, considering they cant even sell out Tallaght at present with all the tickets consessions and freebies.

I think a double header with the mens team in the Aviva would be a better seller and day out. Similar to how the cup final used to be.

Doubt they'll open the top tier so capacity will likely be capped at 29K like the recent Leinster vs Munster game at the Aviva.

It’ll definitely beat the attendance record for a women’s game in Ireland so it’s an easy good news story. Might be closer to sell out than you think if we have a good World Cup.

I wonder if they're judging this on tickets requests for the WC not realising the majority are from Aussie based fans

Originally? End of July.

But the contractor is experiencing supply chain issues and its expected to be delayed by a couple weeks further.
