Martin O'Neill in disguise. Shes all talk. Tactically inept and never has a plan B other than put crosses into the box.

Being a man manager and telling players to go and play, to fight and be brave etc.. isn't enough in the modern era of football and its all she seems to do. From grassroots to senior professional footballers, players need to be coached properly. They need to have a game plan and be able to change it up when needed. Everyone needs to know their role in the team.

The team performance was terrible last night, they looked so disjointed and all over the shop all bar one or two passages of play in and around the time of the equaliser. Nobody knew their role or what the game plan was, if there even was one.

Yeah agree on Lisa Fallon,when she joined Galway WFC having wanted to move home from London I figured this was possibly aiming towards the senior team as Vera will depart one way or the other after this campaign.Well she does have a plan B...moving Louise Quinn up for the last ten minutes...many a time I've seen this in Dalymount Park when we were trying to grab a late goal ...Charlie Hurley......

Yeah we were poor on Thurs but a good display and three points next week would put us in second place a point ahead of Finland going into the winter break.
Be interesting to see if she changes keepers for this one....

I guess one question Thursday's result poses is whether this team can handle being favourite against decent enough opposition and still come away with the three points.

The one good thing is a point keeps qualification very much alive. Defeat would have been a disaster and left us playing catch up in the group after only three games.

I would definitely drop Brosnan and bring in this new much talked about keeper from Brighton - it would be the ideal chance to have a look at her.

When you look at what Norn Iron have done under Shields, it is very frustrating to see us underperforming so badly.  The women's game has real momentum right now.  Not making another tournament could affect it really badly going forward.
