Looks like there's a lot of truth behind the rumours of US investment in us.

Will be interesting to see what happens with htis and why they would want to.

As long as the current owners are involved in the running of the club still, an investment would be welcome.

Any details on this? It all sounds very Arkaga. Not a fan of this idea. Dundalk have European money and decent crowds so don't know why this is necessary?

The silence from the press and media about a flare being aimed at McNulty but hitting a fireman is dreadful but unsurprising.

No great love for Cork City, but really glad they left Dundalk empty handed.

What about Cork fans that threw flares on to the pitch? Were they aimed at Rogers or McNulty seen as it was done by both sets of fans in both halves of the game or does that not suit your agenda of having a go at Dundalk?

In the Cork end they were just being thrown on. They weren't being aimed. It happened in the last two finals too.

John Caulfield on Off The Ball tonight,he said Dundalk came out with rubbish and lies about Karl Sheppard signing for them.He also said it was more rubbish and lies that Mark Mcnulty rang Stephen o Donnells phone from the team bus,to sl*g him off after last years cup final.Caulfield said ask Stephen O Donnell,he's a gentleman. He'll tell the truth.

Both sets were throwing them down to be extinguished, anyone who says otherwise is just stirring sh*t.
