I had a flight booked for back in March which Ryanair allowed me to change for free, although had to pay a bit extra as the flights in September cost more. It now looks like September will be a non-runner too. Anyone know if I will be able to change dates for free again?

Best airline in the World until Covid hit.

All airlines are pushing vouchers instead of refunds though granted Ryanair are in a better position to refund given their cash reserves

Did you fill in customer verifaction form ? Had flight refunds from April delayed because of it

Thanks, most businesses seem to be stopping using e-mail for communicating and moving customer service back to call centres.

They don’t resell the flights. Ryanair like most airlines oversell the flight by 10 seats. It makes no odds if you don’t show up Gary to any airline.

Has anyone ever emailed Ryanair? Do they have a queries or complaints e-mail address?
I've googled it but can't find anything and their website has web bots for their live chat option.

What will this cost me ?

Rebook the flights. It’s €70 a name change each way (I believe, it may have changed), unless the flight is within the period Ryanair are allowing passengers to change for free.

Ryanair have brought in a 24 hour grace period too, though never have used it.

Have always found that changing with Ryanair are decent when doing so in advance anyway. They waived the change fee a couple of times. Tried the same with Aer Lingus and the ***ts wouldnt budge so cost me a tonAngry

As I said on another thread, the only thing that I dont like about ryanair is inability to get on an earlier flight if there is room and you are at the airport. How often I'd use it I dont know but the option is handy I've found with other airlines.

Also it's good to see RTID doesn't reserve talking out of his hole solely for the ROI section

don't go near the LOI section so

Changed both Ryanair and Aer Lingus flights recently.
Ryanair cost me €30 with only 3 days notice of new flight.
Aer Lingus is 6 months into the future and cost €40
