I went and ordered one of those sauna suits, I remember Coyner said he was running down Sunderland city centre in one on here not too long ago LOL

Reviews/thoughts on them?

I'm training everyday, be it running/gaa/gym etc but want to start cutting body fat and offload some of the water weight which is a curse as I drink between 3 and 4 litres a day.

They’re great. Basically mobile saunas which is great for sore muscles during these lockdown times.

Downside would be the outrageous amount of dehydration associated with them so don’t go long distance and you’ll be grand Clap

There's not a f**king chance those things are healthy for you.LOL Not eating and heroin can both cut body fat too and I would be more inclined to try either.

The sweat you lose will just be recuperated when you drink fluids again so what's the point? It would be different if you were say cutting weight for a fight or something, as your weight would temporarily come right down, but once fighters start re-hydrating that weight all comes back on.

If you want to lose body fat, make sure you're eating less calories than you're burning off each day. It really is that simple.

I'm going to cut back on drinking so much water and only drink to thirst as much as I can, so the sauna suit should definitely help in the short term at least.

I'm working with a PT and Nutritionist at the moment, but while I eat fairly clear anyway I need to start gaining a little advantage I can when trying to shed body fat.

I think I'm around 13%/14% at the moment, hoping by Christmas to get down further but also building muscle too so it's tough going.

Only knocking about coaching in Carlow a few times a week at the moment, haven't got the time to be commuting to Dublin or anywhere beyond with work.

I'll more than likely go Stateside once the pandemic eases please god.

What about yourself gaffer?

This is f**king mental! Have you considered draining all your blood?

Joking aside, unless it's for the world title, don't bother and leave the Darwin awards to someone else this year.

Ah I'm just trying to get as fit and as lean as I possibly can, with that comes sacrifices like anything I guess.

I'd say I've drank no more than a handful of times the past year and with that I've fully embraced healthy eating/living etc which for me anyway has been a positive.

I want to get back playing senior football with my club next year if I'm still in Ireland, using that as motivation to have one last crack at it!

There's sacrifices and there's risking your health for The Fighting Cocks away in the Carlow Championship.
Healthy eating and living is one thing, but only drinking water to stave off dehydration isn't that thing!

Mind yourself,  for f**k sake!
