Primark is an Irish chain of stores.  I knew Penneys was Irish but assumed some UK company called Primark bought them out int he 90's and just continued using the Pennys brand name in EIRE

Only called Penney's in Ireland and Primark in every other country due to a copywrite on the name from JC Penney's!

Not really as it's a subsidiary of British Foods which is based in London. Primark are headquartered in Dublin and are a good employer for Irish people. All of their building work and operations contracts in Britain are given to Irish companies.

Ray D'Arcy looks like a right sleaze ball on the RTE radio website. Whoever gave the ok for the photo mustn't like Ray!
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Supporters could pay to have a cardboard cut out of themselves in the stand of their club during the Covid 19 games.

We did it for the playoffs even though we were playing away. £25 quid and it will be signed by the squad afterwards and sent to the house. Forgot to do it myself and missed the deadline.

Notts County had a lovely team in 1990/91 under Colin

Tommy Johnson was banging them in left, right and centre

Knocked Manchester City out of the FA Cup and gave Spurs a damn good rattle in the Sixth Round Proper at the Lane, they led for a good portion of that game and Spurs only won it late on, think Gazza might have got the winner

Don O'Riordan got a screamer to put County ahead

But no team that has played in the Premier League (since the invention of football in 1992) has been relegated from the Football League. Oldham did finish pretty low down in League Two this season though.
