PSV Eindhoven fans have taken attempted bribery to new levels - offering 240 bottles of beer to Saturday's opponents Heerenveen if they throw the match. Eindhoven will win their first league title in seven years if they collect three points.

Leicester City: Free beer for Foxes fans against QPRHow often do club owners give their fans something for free? Leicester City's owners will dip into their pockets and buy the first round of beers during Sunday's final game of the season against QPR. The Foxes secured their Premier League status last week and vice chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha said: "We want to say thank you to our fans for their incredible support this season. "It's been key in the team securing another season in the top flight." Supporters will be given a voucher to claim a beer - or a bottle of water - at the King Power Stadium. QPR fans travelling to Leicester and hoping to drown their relegation sorrows on the cheap will be disappointed though, as the offer only extends to home fans. The BBC Sport's Price of Football study found that the Foxes offered the cheapest day out in the Premier League this season, with a ticket, pie, programme and a cup of tea costing as little as £27.50. Leicester's owners have been spoiling their fans recently, having provided breakfast for the 3,000 supporters who travelled to Sunderland last week. Edited by Double Maxim - 23 May 2015 at 5:51am |

Luis Felipe Gómez worked for Colombian airline Avianca Cargo as the regional manager of Europe-Asia. A video showing a group of Colombians drinking alcohol they had sneaked inside a World Cup stadium inside binoculars went viral. Mr Gómez was identified as one of the people in the video and subsequently dismissed for accepting a drink, despite the fact that - according to him - he barely knew the people who had smuggled it in. W'eve all done it!! Doubt many of us have used binoculars and lost our jobs though! Edited by Double Maxim - 22 Jun 2018 at 7:15pm |

Bit over the top tbh. He wasn't breaking the law, just the Fifa rules, which are a bit one-sided as alcohol is allowed in vip areas, and some of their biggest sponsors are alcoholic beverages. |

"Cardiff City Stadium has the most expensive mark-up, with a pint in the ground costing £4.30 - £1.30 more than the average price in the city centre."

As for no away fans it's been like that for many years , i recall one Forrest fan was murdered before a game , sad it really was just going to a football game and never came back .

Nine football clubs have called for a change of law that can overturn a thirty three year old law so supporters can drink alcohol in their seats instead of in the stadium's concourse.
The clubs are Ipswich Donny Accrington Stanley Port Vale Forest Green Rovers Lincoln city Tranmere Northampton and Sunderland.
They also should do something abot alcohol being banned from coaches on route to football matches!

It's a totally archaic law : Mad you can sit in your seat in a stadium on a Saturday and be banned from drinking beer yet sit in the exact same seat the following day and have a beer.
