Wonder would Mick O'Neill fancy it again seeing as he's outta a job. Lennon could be interested too but I think that's gonna be a recepie for disaster all around

O’Neill is rumoured to have a drink problem. The IFA has been sounding out possible replacements for Baraclough for some time including a manager with PL experience. No manager who’s any good would want the job. TE’s few good players are getting old and very few of the young players coming through look like they are going to amount to much.

Doesn't Lennon have an even bigger drink problem?

Can't see them going for Lennon or Healy over O'Neill.

They might have a weaker squad than the previous one but they got another dream draw for 5th seeds and more than a decent chance of challenging Finland or Slovenia for second spot. The fixture list also works in their favour.
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Michael O’Neill has a good reputation from his time with managing the North, as well as the potential to manage in League 1 / lower championship. If he goes back and gets the same results as Baralaugh then he has squandered that.

Before Lennon would take the job, he would need to sit down with loyalist paramilitaries and get them to guarantee his safety. Once a bad run of results come, anyone with even the phone number of the IFA or the Belfast Telegraph will phone death threats through. If he takes the job, he will need to be really impressive from the day he starts until the day he moves on.
