One of the biggest clubs in the World and some kunt is not doing his job.
I bet they knew how many kms he ran and how many times he touched the ball but they didn't know he got 5 yellows.

What's the story here? It should be fairly black and white. Either league suspensions carry into the cup or they don't.

There is only a very small number of clubs that could afford him - assuming the price is between £125 - £150M

And most clubs would prefer to spend that kind of money on somebody who is going to score goals.

It’s strange that his style of play seems to be out of fashion at the moment. The top teams want a front three with loads of pace out wide. That leaves you a bit light in midfield if you want to pick someone like Coutinho or Isco there as they like to operate as #10’s or certainly act like play makers even in a deeper role. 

Coutinho is class and I think he can still contribute positively at Barca but he’s not going to be a guaranteed starter any time soon.

Teams now playing with two x #6s and an #8 rather than a #6, #8 and #10.

I think this goes back to opposition teams over analysing Barca and developing systems (other than Maureen’s busparking) to counter them.

Game develops all the time which is why Wenger and Maureen became dinosaurs.

Yeah there’s a few talented ones knocking about at the moment. Carlos Aleñá, Riqui Puig and Chumi to name three. Aleñá has had the most game time so far but I think Riqui Puig is the one that’s rated highest

Yeah Dembele was a lot of money and so far looks a bad deal.
Liverpool also got the maximum out of the Coutinho transfer but I think he is a class player.

You’ve got that the wrong way around based on this season. I agree that Coutinho is great but he’s having a mare this year whereas Dembele has been in flying form for the majority of the season. Given Dembeles age profile, he’ll be a decent deal if he can keep up his recent level of performances. Although he seemed to hurt his ankle on Sunday so could be out for a while
