Have you even read the last few pages my old flower?

You look exceedingly foolish now. At least when the good guys were being accused by you of all sorts of nefarious behaviour they could say that x didn't happen, y did. You are just being obtuse. I think it's very telling none of your comrades in arse are backing you up.

Not anymore foolish than I normally look and no need for anyone to back me up. I placed a few questions and awaited few honest answers from Shamrock Rovers forums finest.

Maybe Shamrock Rovers/FAI should make a public statement stating there version of events if there is anything to be reported. Warn other clubs of what could happen if they let these fans in.

As I see it....not 1 Dundalk fan I know has heard as much as a rumour about this in or around town, yesterday no one from the FAI could confirm it when I asked before the U21 game (I work for an FAI sponsor and as a result attended the game) nor were the lads in the ground willing to/able to confirm it.

All sounds a bit strange if you ask me.

Yeah open your eyes sheeple.

Rovers went to the elaborate steps of closing off a section of seating, costing the club x amount of ticket sales, so that they could troll Dundalk on facebook.

Just a quick question.....If Dundalk fans did do a number 2 in the stand.....
Why was the section still blocked off last night and if its for hygiene reasons....why didnt someone from the mighty correct council tenants get the domestos and powerhose out to clean it up before a high profile televised U21 international??

Surely in the interests of public hygiene it should have been professionally cleaned up by now and the section should be reopened??? If not the ground should be closed asap as its would be a public hazard.

Furthermore....even if the scumbags did sh*t and rub it on the walls etc. ....surely if they were going to do it again ..... the seats, steps etc could be targeted. A net wont stop a scumbag having a dump and rubbing it in.

And finally.....where has this been publically confirmed??? Surely Shamrock Rovers should be making this public in the interests of public safety and allowing DFC conduct an internal investigation. I am sure the majority of DFC fans wouldnt put up with such behaviour.

As for Rovers supporters....
Anyone come forward yet with the name of the lad who put the pitch on fire with his flare in Dundalk???
Anyone name the group who turned a pub in the town center upside down???
Anyone name the  group of middle aged fans who insulted elderly vunerable people in their gardens (residents living around the ground) on the way to and leaving the ground??

As I see it both sets of fans have their problem children amongst them...but the majority are old enough and mature enough to respect each other.
Old chap, please try and keep up with the thread.

If course the cleaning has happened, it's not Dalymount. The closed off section is to make a point and reduce the available seats to Dundalk. 'Why can't we sit there' 'Because some of our fans rubbed shyte all over the stand'. Raise awareness, embarrass Dundalk. Although i accept they didnt factor in the logical powerhouses like 2iar who are playing the brick wall. This is not an elaborate jape

It was an FAI managed event, so ask them what they are doing in terms of punishment and publicity.

Has anyone asked Rovers to incriminate their own fans? Otherwise it's the same old nonsense. At least the good guys did something here, even if it's token. Dundalk are happy to use the press. The good guys prefer doing something about it.

Precicsely my good man. And the fact Rovers didn't call a press conference to tell the world means it didn't happen. Imagine a nanny looking for a Frday even for young Tarquin. Into Google for a search. 'They do WHAT in the stand?'. Croquet it is.

My eyes are open. If a ground has a section closed for a big game it can have numerous reasons, stewarting, security, damaged seating, fire and safety, reducing away support.....

Why were seats closed with netting for yesterdays game?? Affraid of a dirty protests by Palestinian supporters from Dundalk???

Fact is...its all hear say or rumours until an official statement comes from one of FAI/Shamrock Rovers/DundalkFC.

Well the alternative is it's all a caper. Quite the tomfoolery if we got SDCC involved. April, May and June fools.

They were closed yesterday because the expected away crowd was what showed up. Zero. Why take it down to put it straight back up if not needed?

He repeats, do you really believe they will fire off a cable about your chums firing off cables? This is what is happening. Those who need to know know and the good guys avoid scatological press and interweb search return.

Let's try this again.

Rovers are clearly not going to hold a press conference about this and you know that. So what 'proof' do you require? Why did you not need this level of proof when you were throwing, ahem, mud?

I think you will find that was the O'Donnell blackguard. Dundalk are a particularlt cynical and nasty side. Its a pity these tactics work. Its a bigger pity Kenny and O'Donnell never showed that spine at the good guys.

I think if u watch the game again, you will see its Bradley who pushed O Donnell first (your manager pushed one of our players? If you find that acceptable fair play to you !

Glad I never signed for that club... Boys and support was brilliant! 👏 cup finale here we come!!!
