The one good outcome, and there really is only one benefit, should the Conservative & Unionist party return to power from both an Irish & Republican perspective is the possiblity of a longer term further weakening of the Union. Cameron will be expected to confirm his commitment on an EU referendum. In the event of a withdrawl or even partial retrenchment of Britain's membership (to EFTA like status) it would finally force our country & leaders to re-assess our tit sucking over-dependent and often fawning relationship ever since our partial Independence and perhaps make us realise there is a whole other World out there waiting for us to embrace. Some initial discomfort yes for Trade, the Biznizmen and Uncle Toms like Johnny Bruton & Olivia O'Leary, but in the long term a mechanism to further genuine Irish Independence & Republican objectives.

Still can't believe the exit poll just yet. Would be an absolute embarrasment for Miliband
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

The general consensus would appear already to be so Labour are in the Pommes Frits. No bad thing imo in the longer term as Milliband ought to be replaced with someone with more understanding of the average Joe and bigger balls. But not Ed Balls.
Late Late night averted so, PRINGLES, I WON'T FCUKIN TELL YOU AGAIN, BACK IN YOUR BOX!!!

Scotland is so ideologically different to the rest of the uk. They missed a trick last year.

England heads further to the right.

Scotland heads towards a more progressive liberal society.
