Beat Waterford Utd 1-0 tonight. Will be interesting to see if they keep getting good support locally. Results like this will only help their cause. Back to back promotions still on

Where did they get promoted from? They had no decent form in Junior League.

Have to say fair play to Cabo with this one . Just shows how a bit of basic cop on and marketing will help any club in this league |

Eddie Gormley could make dramatic U-turn as Cabinteely make last-ditch attempt to keep managerEddie Gormley’s tenure as manager of Cabinteely FC could continue after attempts were made to sort out grievances that looked to have sealed his fate. Cabinteely players were told last night that Gormley had departed his post. And the manager’s backroom staff were preparing to leave along with him. But it’s understood that last ditch attempts have been made to retrieve the situation with clarity expected tomorrow. The Dublin club are bottom of the First Division with a record of two wins from their 12 games in the second tier. However, it’s believed that tensions are not a direct consequence of results on the park. |

where will ye play if ye go up? If Cabo got promoted, it could encourage more clubs to join the LOI or at least encourage the clubs that are in the underage LOI make the step up to senior level
