I'm sure he will also manage Portugal one day also but I'm sure he'd like to continue in club football for now. Can't see too many options for him in Europe at the moment but you can be fairly sure that there are a number of CSL owners who would gladly part with their current manager if they thought Mourinho would be interested. Wage caps and transfer taxes are in place for players but I don't believe there are such restrictions in place for paying managers.

It is a sight to behold that he is still there LOL hopefully he gets to hang around awhile longer. There is definitely a breakdown of epic proportions to come from him yet.
