It can be connected but plenty I know getting imaginary points on fans direct with no season ticket

Why would you need a season ticket to get an away ticket

You don't Shouldnt but in theory the st is heavily weighted that it would be difficult to get a ticket without one

TC the truth is nobody knows how fd works which pretty much sums up what the fai think of the fans

The TO will do their best ( and they have done a pretty decent job the Vienna ) in allocating tickets but the can only deal the cards they are dealt

I would refer you to the mandate thread

My account is a 'home' account afaik you need to register on fd

What exactly is the benefit of joining FD (if it even exists)? Surely there is a record anyway of all the away tickets you purchase?

Mate of mine is new to away games and was onto me about it today. He sent them an email .
It makes no sense to have it closed off, they should be promoting attendance at games not putting any barriers in place.

it is open but yes it could be better informed. Email customer services

I have been advised there was pick up in Belgrade on matchday and the day before but no further details

I see Fans Direct is still closed to new members. Wouldn't it have made most sense to have that open since the Euros ended so they could get more supporters involved.

How is an independent fans supposed to get a ticket for an away game now? Is it only through a SC ?
