Let's not go there folks - Plenty of us remember how this was used against YBIG in the past. Plenty of other stuff to be focused on.

So it’s one of these.
1. The charity paid for her to fly over for it. Complete waste of money and resources. No way that could be justified.
2. The FAI paid for it. Ridiculous if that’s the case.
3. Delaney paid for it himself. Odd behaviour. A bit creepy.

The best method at this stage is to contact your TD's or oireachtas committee member with the various greivences and references to articles or evidence

That should prepare the TD's as best as We can to ask the right questions.

The defence will be armed to the teeth with various letters of support and "proof" of good work(and it will be all about him, not the people who actually did the work), will be heavily legally advised, with some tidied accounts back by one of those big companies, and it will be all about him, not the people who actually did the work.

A protest on the day of the hearing would be good, but it will be when people are in work and I dont think We will get a significiant number to be noticed.

Take for example the claim that We used to rent from the IRFU but now own it. The retort should be We are lease holders as it lapses in 60 years). TD's should be armed with as much information as We can provide.

The threat of losing a seat at the top table in UEFA should not be a reason to allow appalling behaviour.

Saw him in a pub today at lunchtime in Waterford, he looked like a man under severe pressure, looks like he’d lost a load of weight

Especially the way they would have had it included (or perhaps not? Nuke) in that year's accounts...

Presuming it was correctly accounted for, surely they should be explaining why they used what's effectively public money like this when other stars such as who took part in that event eg judges didn't take a fee.

What was I saying a while ago about the FAI being the gift that keeps on giving...?

It's actually getting to the stage now where I'm becoming surprised if a day goes by without another story emerging about them. Disapprove

I was watching back on some of the tv build-up (Sky) to last Tuesday's game when I got home and I couldn't help noticing how haunted and stressed he looked on arriving at the stadium, as you say, like a man under real pressure - in comparison to the smiling 'aren't I great' persona he has been showing previously.
