Any idea when  draw is for the UEFA qualifying groups? Can't see anything online.
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Matches start in March 2021 so I’d expect next December, after the nations league.

That's what I was thinking - so that FIFA would then know the teams who have qualified for the Final 4 of the NL and therefore need to be set aside for the 5-team groups.

Yep - and most likely after the latest FIFA world rankings are updated following the 2 match days the previous month.

Btw, I'm sure I'm not the only one to think 'what's the latest scandal to emerge about this tournament' each time this thread is bumped. LOL

I really have no appetite for this upcoming world cup. Not sure i'd be that bothered even watching games if we didn't qualify.
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Who cares about Irish kickoff times, sure we'll all be over there Wink

Let's hope we avoid the 10pm kickoff times, bit too late for some of our fans

Not appaling KO times I suppose, 10am as the earliest possible start time is reasonably ok.
We're decent enough..

Drinking budweiser in a glorified 'fan zone' as its the only place to get a drink is  not my idea of a WC. I will likely pass on this one if we shock ourselves and make it

Group games and Knockout have 10pm games in Qatar-time. Judging how some people handled the 9pm in Lille, it would be messy

I doubt there will even be a world cup.  All the qualifiers will be behind closed doors anyway.

The slavery out here really was ignored by the recent equality protests around the world. Fellas asking for slave owner statues etc to be taken down will probably be playing in this tournament.
