Agree and am surprised myself but if Leeds were to go in for him Bielsa improves players to a huge degree. Most of that Leeds squad were mid table Championship players for years before him. Cooper, Dallas, Alioski, Harrison etc are all twice the players they were.

I'd be really underwhelmed if he came to Saints

If every player in the premier league was good enough for the premier league, no team would ever be relegated.

Bang on but with a contract up teams will look at him as a decent option on the cheap a cheap punt almost. I’d question also wether he is PL quality but he’s proven his top 6/8 Championship club quality at least so teams would look at him as a cheap punt to see could he step up.
I think Leeds is tailor made for him and gives him a huge chance of flourishing. Somehow Palace or Villa I don’t see him working out at.

Surpised he won young player of the year. Then again he was up against Josh Cullen and Callum Robinson. Can an U21 player win this award or do you have to play for the senior side?

Trabzonspor seem to have been linked with half of our squad this summer and now they're in talks with Preston over the signing of Alan Browne according to the Turkish press.

Brownie isn't going to uproot his Aul doll and baby to move to Turkey either. Pie in the sky stuff think he may only have 9 months left on his contract so his agent may be looking to stir the pot a bit.

Strange scenario for the PNE captain as he seems to be allowed to run down the final few months of his contract. PNE bought the sell on clause on his contract even though that was just an act of charity to help cork city FC. But Preston's policy is normally to sell on one player every year for a few quid. 8 months left on his contract be interesting to see where he ends up.

Just getting round to seeing the Preston highlights.

Real classy finishes from Browne. Clap

PNE have offered Alan Browne and three other players a new deal, the offers are ‘significant’ increases on their current terms. I'd imagine if he doesn't accept the current deal he will move in the January transfer window.
