This diet I'm on allows you to have as much fruit as you want (no juice though) so I've been having loads. I've an apple, orange, banana and pear for lunch.

We really have turned into an awful lot of fannys.  

I can't imagine Michael Collins or Padraig Pearse having chats about how much carbs or water they were having in their diet  :)
