Rumour has it that big announcement to be made on Monday in Dublin. He meant be playing a date in croke park and he's flying in to announce it himself.

Ticket touts will cream themselves with that announcement

Well spoken and articulate but as an analyst of the game, a bit bland for my liking. 

As a player, he was a good striker with Spurs in the early 80s and his duet with Steve Archibald was always in tune.

It should be noted that Will Leahy started this rumour on 2fm yesterday and is only guessing that it's Garth Brooks as Aiken Promotions said in their announcement that a big name solo act will be announced Monday so it could be Robbie Williams, The Boss,etc....

been a rumour doing the rounds since before xmas that aiken promotions would be bring garth brooks to Ireland in 2014
