FW, I understand where you are coming from, but nobody knows the full story. I'm sure plenty would say that young Zach completely deserved what came to him and to me those opinions along with yours are completely uncalled for and insensitive. My house was broken in to before Christmas. Turned the kids bedrooms upside down and took all of my wife's jewellery. She is now petrified staying in the house on her own and paranoid. Don't know how long that will last but these scumbags do more than steal a person's belongings.

Tragic that 2 kids and an unborn baby were killed but at the same time, I won't be lighting a candle for the thieving f**kers.

Regency Hotel Trial collaspses....oh boy

PATRICK HUTCH has walked free from the Special Criminal Court after charges against him for the murder of David Byrne at the Regency Hotel in Dublin were dropped by the State.

Prosecutors this morning asked for a "nolle prosequi" to be entered on all charges, bringing to an end the high profile but long-stalled gangland trial.

The whole episode sounds like something out of a cop drama.

Was the guard's suicide somehow related? What were in his notes?

And the bleeding neck of Byrnes family saying he got no justice, fck right off the coont got the justice he deserved like the rest of the coonts involved in peddling death and murder, feel for the innocent people caught up in this and lost their lives and the poor copper taking his own life apparently over it where is their justice.

Im no legal expert and yes you cannot be tried for the same crime twice, if acquited.

Case collapsing is a different thing.

I think you can be tried again if new evidence appears.

Provided as I say you have NOT been acquited.
