I always cheer on Argentina!

Have a soft spot for Portugal too.

You have it down to a tee.

I love their passion, it's them against the world when they play Clap

If they weren't so f**king crazy, they'd probably be more successful on the World Stage!

Hard to predict without a draw being made yet but I think all 6 South American teams will to make it to the Last 16. I think we might see at least half the quarter finalists made up by South American teams as well.

Difficult for there to be a surprise team with all the information out there.

I'm hoping for a German win as the GF is half German...couldnt pick a winner at this time though, will have to wait closer the time...Surprise team could be England. Might lumber there way far and a lack of hype might help them

In the heat of USA'94 there were 7 European teams in the QFs - Italy, Sweden, Bulgaria, Holland, Germany, Romania and Spain.

The Germans are really good to watch.Used to love Holland in the world cups as my family had friends from there but the way they played in 2010 put me off.Van Bommel and De Jong were dirty as feck. Some very filthy tackling.

Belgium are the team most of us will be interested in to see how they do
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

My prediction has little to do with the heat or weather. More to do with the fact I think Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay and Ecuador are good sides.

I don't think the pressure will be quite as intense for Colombia this time around either.

Japan, played some fantastic football in the confed cup under zaccheroni. They were unlucky, if not a bit naive not to get further.

as a surprise team to win it?!

Even the German team that were sh*te who lost 5-1 at home to England still got to the world cup final (though they had handy draws) but the point is no matter how poor they may be,they'll always be there or thereabouts
