It's not clear if that applies to Ireland yet. Or, more accurately, if RTE and TV3 will still have rights too, whether directly awarded by UEFA or sub licensed by BT.

Why is the Man city v Stoke game live on sky tomorrow night when there's CL games the same night? I thought this wasn't allowed.
