should never have been appointed was always a bad match at Spurs and his scorched earth managerial approach was never going to fit the model levy has at Spurs. They need to use the money they get from Kane a lot better than the money they got from Kane.
AKA pedantic kunt

What he said last week after the Newcastle game should have been, and probably will prove to be the final straw for him at the club.

"Same manager, different players"

Kane will definitely be off this summer and can’t blame him.
Aguero plus cash could work for both teams.

If Mbappe / Salah / Halland / Kane leave this season it will be some summer of transfers.

Can't see it, after covid

The clubs are forward looking - full stadiums in sept and growing revenues.

All clubs have seen a big hit in revenues in the last year though

Solksjaer and Guardiola have already suggested they won’t be able to spend big, whether you believe them or not is another thing

For the big clubs, match day revenues are less than 25% of total revenues.
TV money and sponsorship are the major revenue generators.

TV money is down by 60m I think for Man City

City announced a 126m loss for the year a few days ago mainly down to covid
Evertons loss was more at around 140m

Every club in the world has took a major hit. Transfer fees will be down for a while. TV deals are going to shrink in value also.

City year end is June and deferred a lot of revenues to this accounting period - Sane sale, the champions league 1/4 final and remaining EPL games from last season will be included in this years accounts.
They said this year will be a profit. Revenues were only down 11% to £480M... I’m sure they will survive!

Edit: Everton made a loss of £140M but with deferred TV revenues until the matches were played.
It was £111M loss the year before with no COVID. They are spending big on players without the revenues to match.

did I not see somewhere that Spurs had to take out a £145 million loan from the Bank of England this season......if that’s true Kane is gone either way.

Yeah Arsenal did the same, the rate was 50bps so it was crazy not to take it.
They can use that to pay down higher rates of financing.

Aye, and he picked a completely new team vs Man U - for all the good it did:
