That'll happen. They're just happy poking each other on facebook first.

Rice switch to England already completed. He can be named in their next squad. It doesn’t seem to take other associations the same amount of time to get sorted.

Surely there was room here to say "you get Crowley through quick, we'll do the same with Rice". FAI being obedient little boys again to big brother England...
We're decent enough..

Either FIFA is prioritizing international transfer paperwork for the bigger nations or the FAI takes six weeks to fill in a form that takes two weeks at most to complete.

Or perhaps both.

It's a bit odd alright how we seem to have to wait months for paperwork to go through.

And text for the even lazier:

"The swift Declan Rice change of allegiance explained - Grealish took 6/7 months. FAI weren’t going to hold things up either given they need/will need the FA to sign forms for them with Keane, Bamford etc. (I owe PP an apology for sl*gging off that Rice England squad market)"

Has anyone actually seen Johansson play or are we basing it on the club he plays for? I doubt Bayern would have him there for no reason..

Interesting that he has mentioned Bamford who I think is unlikely to declare, but has not mentioned Crowley who has already declared?

Crowley doesn't play in England. Isn't a real player. Still a stigma about continental based players. Yet there's a good chance Collins, mcgeady and Curtis from league 1 will get a call up.

Crowley should have been scouted since before Christmas.

Crowley has alot todo to prove himself has big potential but needs to keep up his performances  hopefully get a move to a bigger Dutch club playing in Europe he has away to go yet.
Bamford on the other hand is ready made for us would be our main man  up top a that seems to suit him.
Only did average in premiership when he was a bit player ( maybe not up to that level ) but in the championship when he has been  the goto guy has scored plenty hopefully he comes on board.

The likelihood of us ever having a player as technically gifted and as capable of being an accomplished premier league striker as Keano up top remains slim. Parrot, Idah, Connolly and the Watford striker look good at their respective age group but not sure how they’ll step up. Hopefully Bamford can replace the loss of Murphy and Collins is also able to bring some goal scoring abilities to the mix. Long is finished, Obafemi and Maguire need to stave off injury and produce consistency as well.
