Has Paul Smyth played a competitive game for the North? I see he has two caps, one was a friendly against South Korea.

I couldn’t find out who the second cap was against.

Weren't the FAI supposed to be applying for a rule change to tie down capped players from friendlies? Might undermine their case a bit, though to be fair I would imagine Adam Barton had already done that.

Hopefully Hazard as he is getting great reviews in the Celtic development team and already viewed to be Gordons long-term replacement

Nope, but he did mention a few times about a period of assessing all our options playing wise, between now and his first squad.

Sean Morrison very good tonight.

Probably overstocked in that area, though.

Anyone know is Eamonn Brophy of Kilmarnock eligible?

Scored two today to send Killie second in the SPL.  22 year old with a few underage Scotland caps.

I'm pretty sure I read he has two Irish grandparents.

I'm pretty sure I read he has two Irish grandparents.

He addressed the Ireland rumors on Twitter a few years back. Definitely not eligible, unfortunately. I think he said he is a generation out

Edit: looks like there were some rumors this year that originated with this blog: http://www.eatsleepsport.com/cardiff-city/bluebirds-skipper-eyed-by-keane-2455516

Not sure how valid that is

Fair enough. Somebody should edit his Wikipedia page and tell a few lazy journalists too!

Haven’t heard anything to that effect. How did you hear about it? Definitely looks a prospect

Lamar Neagle and Aaron Kovar have both been released by Seattle Sounders. Shane O'Neill, Ryan Meara, and Tommy McNamara all retained by their respective MLS sides.
We're decent enough..
