That would make the most sense, isn't their rules on the amount of clubs you can join on loan on a season as well. 1 loan move went very well. 2nd loan move not so well. Don't see how people can judge Byrne based on the above

Not so sure PM. I know the likes of Brandon Barker and Tosin Adoribayo have trained with the senior squad this season and Byrne was showing more potential than those two at youth level. They play different positions though.

Surely Man City should just recall him? It was a terrible idea to go to a club like Blackburn where the manager employs a system that effectively by-passes the midfield anyway.

After last season her, there were options for him here with bigger clubs than Cambuur. But City preferred to have him in England from what I gather.
