Thinking that meself. Wasnt the first time i seen him play poorly for the 21s either so im surprised by what he's done at Sunderland. Obviously Bruce gets the best out of him....unlike Don.

Does Don get the best out of any player?..Wink

Saw him Vs Spain U21s in the RSC last year, himself and Coleman were the best 2 players for Ireland that night. Good man David, keep it up.

cork city have had some amount of young players on the books in last few years, through bad management and ownership they could easly have survived
doyle long and surely meyler all  capped after playing with em there are about 8 or 9 others in all the divisons

meyler has a great chance of making it has a great first touch and tackle and has to be if he keeps going along with mccarthy the two stand out talents for us that came through this season.
But fumble in a greasy till

And add the halfpence to the pence

And pray to shivering prayer, until

You have dried the marrow from the bone.

Yup sure they sold on the 10% selling on fee back to Reading for something like 60k and they would have got 10 times that if they hadn't as Wolves bought him for 6 million.

had to sell it on to save the club at that point in time, look how that worked out in the end.didn't get to see him play much for city as sunderland snapped him up fairly sharpish, brillant seeing the lad doing well and bruce seems to think highly of him, can't be a bad option for us at all
just because i dont care doesn't mean i don't understand.
